Terms of Service

By accessing or using Bidshido ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, sellers, and others who access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

To participate in auctions, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To sell items on Bidshido, you are required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This includes providing: • A valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or equivalent) • Proof of address • Bank account details for payment disbursement KYC verification is subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject or revoke seller status at our discretion. Your personal information collected during KYC is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you place a bid on Bidshido, you are entering into a binding commitment to purchase the item at that price if you win the auction. By bidding, you agree to: • Pay the full amount of your winning bid plus any applicable fees • Complete payment within the timeframe specified by the seller • Not retract bids except in exceptional circumstances and with our approval Winning bidders will be notified upon auction close. Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any deposits.

Sellers on Bidshido agree to: • Accurately describe all items listed for auction, including condition, defects, and provenance • Only list items they own or are authorised to sell • Ship or arrange delivery of items to winning bidders promptly after payment is confirmed • Honour the sale at the winning bid price Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Misrepresentation of items may result in account suspension, removal of listings, and liability for damages.

Bidshido may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to listing fees and success fees on completed sales. Current fee structures are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Payments are processed via Billplz, a licensed payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Billplz's terms and conditions. Bidshido does not store payment card information. All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise noted. Taxes applicable under Malaysian law may apply.

The following items may not be listed on Bidshido: • Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods • Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials • Items that infringe on intellectual property rights • Controlled substances or pharmaceuticals without authorisation • Any item prohibited under Malaysian law The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Bid manipulation, shill bidding, or auction interference • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions • Harassment, abuse, or threatening other users • Attempting to circumvent Platform fees or security measures • Scraping, data mining, or automated access to the Platform

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bidshido does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of items, or the conduct of buyers or sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bidshido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
